风淋室使用规范

风淋室的使用规范在网上找会有几种不同的版本，其实这些使用规范都是使用用户根据自身要求来定制的，整理的这个版本风淋室使用规范是某电子厂自己整理的一套管理规范，适合大部分风淋室用户，仅供参考。

2.目的Purpose：

保障风淋室正确、安全的使用，确保其使用寿命。

2.范围Scope：

生产厂房无尘车间。

3.职责Responsibility：

所有进出风淋室的人员。

4.操作程序OperatingProcedures：

4.1进入无尘车间时使用风淋室操作方法：

IntotheuseofcleanroomoperationofAirShower

1人员由非洁净区走到风淋室外门

Stafffromnon-cleanupareasintothedoorAirShower.

2打开外门，进入风淋室后随后关闭外门

Opentheouterdoor,enteredtheAirShowerafterthesubsequentclosureoftheouterdoor.

3按语音提示经过红外感应器感应区

Throughinfraredsensors,sensingareaaccordingtovoice.

双门自动上锁，风淋室风机起动开始吹淋

Two-doorlockedautomatically,AirShowerfansbegantowork.

4按设定的时间吹淋完后，按语音提示打

开内门进入洁净室

Timesetbythewindaftertheshower,accordingtothevoiceinsidetoopenthedoorintothecleanroom.

4.2注意事项Notes

4.2.1进入风淋室前需看清里面是否有人（风淋系统工作时，不能用力使劲去推拉门，更不能强制性地将门打开，否则电锁会被损坏）。

4.2.2进出门时不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后伤人。

4.2.3进入风淋室后需先将门关好后再站在感应区内，尤其是多人一起进入的时候，关好门后再去感应并启动风淋。
